From the beginning, God designed you as a whole being: body, mind, and spirit woven together by His breath. During this two-hour seminar, you will explore the sacred connection between physical health and spiritual life, learning simple ways to rest, nourish, move, and pray in partnership with Him.

Healthy & Whole: Aligning Body and Spirit for Kingdom Living offers a gentle invitation to live from a place of peace. When we care for our bodies as temples of the Holy Spirit, even the ordinary becomes an act of worship.

Format: You’ll experience live teaching, guided reflection, and prayer time to help you integrate what you learn into your daily rhythms.
