Are you stuck?
Sometimes, we just can't get past an issue of the heart. We call these Journey Points, places in our faith journey where we don't know how to move on. At this conference, we'll talk about three places we often get stuck that are not as easy to spot: the ones that separate us from God.
stuck in your head
Sometimes what we know about God is not what we’re living out. Even as mature believers, we can have a disconnect between our mind and our heart. We’ll learn how to get our heart and mind connected so we can hear better from God.
stuck in the past
We can easily get stuck in our traditions. From the way we were brought up, to lies we believe, to church traditions that just aren’t biblical, our history can keep us from our future. We’ll not only learn how to get ourselves unstuck from the past, but we’ll learn how to help others get unstuck, too.
stuck in a false self
If the mirror we hold up to ourselves shows anything less than a royal son or daughter of our God and holy King, then we have to change that image. The Lord has powerful plans for each of us. But we can’t walk in those plans if we don’t believe we are who He says we are. We will work together to find our true identity.
